		<description>Colin Walsh's comments about exit strategies made me laugh.

The recent news about the BioScience &#38; Technology Institute in Belfast which received Â£2m of funding from InvestNI folding made me very cross and I wonder what will be the outcome of the investigation.

As a local business owner who was forced to bootstrap his own company, I'm not surprised. InvestNI would rather invest in another DeLorean than build sustainable enterprise. They then have the audacity to admit that they have failed to support local business! Too busy on trade missions I guess.</description>
