The pseudo-science of female beauty products is amazing to behold. Here are some of the more bonkers “active ingredients” I jotted down while waiting for a prescription in a pharmacy last night.

  • Ceramides
  • Adrenalyse
  • Adenoxine
  • Ubiquinone
  • Retinol
  • Phyto Flavone

  2. Funny thing is, if you search for them, most of the sites they are mentioned on are in a foreign language, usually French. I did find out Retinol is actually Vitamin A.
